Lease Records
The Lease Records Department maintains land records and monitors payment of bonuses, damage settlements, delay rentals and minimum royalty payments through entering in to the company’s data base system, tracking and updating legal descriptions, remarks, special obligations, well references, tracts and leasehold ownership information. This information is necessary to provide reporting and analysis functions.

Please fill out the attached Change of Address Request Form and email or mail to our office.

Please mail or email Name Change Request Form and the pertinent documentation to our office:
Marriage certificate
Divorce decree
Any other document affecting name change

Please mail or email the following information to our office:
Death certificate
Copy of will
Copy of order admitting will to probate recorded to the proper deed records office
Letters testamentary or administration
Evidence that debts and taxes have been paid
Copy of Trust document if one was created through will

Please mail or email a copy to our office of Death certificate and Evidence of debt and taxes being paid.

Please mail a copy to our office of recorded deed wherein you conveyed and/or received your ownership interest in property to another party.

Provide Memorandum of Trust, including complete Trust documents
Recorded conveyance document from the current owner of record into the Trust
Tax identification, address, telephone number for the Trust

Please complete the IRS W-9 form and mail or email to our offices.
